Sens-O-Lock of America Motorcycle Liability Acceptance Clause*
- I accept the Sens-O-Lock of America Motorcycle Liability Acceptance Clause: I acknowledge that installing the FR9000 on a motorcycle constitutes further risk of damage attributable to but not limited to weather, accidents, negligence, misuse or other damage associated with external exposure. I understand these risks and accept full financial responsibility for any such damage to the Equipment or excessive wear associated with installing the unit on a motorcycle. Charges, up to including full replacement value of $1,995, associated with general misuse or negligence will be billed on a time and materials basis. The hourly rate is $80.00 and will be charged in 30 minute increments, replacement parts and materials are billed separately.
